ezezph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ezezph platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ezezph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the service. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ezezph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations as enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ezezph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ezezph platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

ezezph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at the sole discretion of ezezph. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ezezph platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if it changes.
• You will keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• You will not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• You will notify ezezph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ezezph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. ezezph uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

ezezph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ezezph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, issued by a Philippine bank)

Deposits are credited to your ezezph wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the ezezph cashier section. ezezph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

ezezph does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at ezezph's discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ezezph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• ezezph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ezezph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Game outcomes on the ezezph platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games, or by live dealer results for live casino games. ezezph does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ezezph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, ezezph cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at ezezph's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezezph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one account.

ezezph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and reported as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ezezph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of ezezph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ezezph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of ezezph's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezezph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

ezezph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezezph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform, for which ezezph shall not be liable.

11. Account Termination

ezezph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or ezezph staff.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, ezezph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ezezph customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements are resolved.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ezezph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ezezph's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or platform operations, ezezph's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question, unless there is a manifest error.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ezezph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ezezph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
