Built-In Protection
All of the following tools are available directly within your ezezph account. You don't need to contact support to activate most of them — just go to your account settings and take control.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your ezezph account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Limits can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a 7-day cooling-off period — this is intentional, to protect you from impulsive decisions.
Set a maximum session duration for your gaming sessions on ezezph. When your time limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be prompted to take a break. You can also enable a reality check — a periodic reminder of how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered.
Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once you've reached your loss limit, ezezph will prevent you from placing further bets until the period resets. This is one of the most effective tools for keeping your gambling within a budget you're comfortable with.
Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your ezezph account will be temporarily restricted from placing bets or making deposits. Your account remains accessible for withdrawals and account management.
If you feel that gambling has become a serious problem, you can request a self-exclusion from ezezph for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be fully suspended and you will not be able to register a new account. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion immediately.
You can opt out of all promotional communications from ezezph at any time — including bonus offers, free spin notifications, and tournament invitations. Players who have activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion are automatically removed from all marketing lists.
Age Restriction
In the Philippines, the legal age for casino-style gambling is 21 years old, as regulated by PAGCOR. ezezph strictly enforces this requirement. No player under the age of 21 is permitted to register, deposit, or play on the ezezph platform — no exceptions.
During the registration process, all new ezezph players are required to confirm their date of birth. Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) to confirm their identity and age.
